In one way glad to hear it wasn't a spider bite, but in the other sense, I am sorry to hear you have shingles.
Throw everything you got at me for saying this.....
But you need to get rid of some stress in your life....your body is telling you that big time...I have a wonderful meditating tree I can share with you....
